If no response is received, the next person on the list will be contacted. Students on the waitlist who do not secure a spot will receive priority enrolment for the next available term.
7. Student Conduct
Students must respect fellow artists, artwork, and property. Inappropriate behaviour, such as disruptive or disrespectful conduct towards fellow students or staff, may result in removal from the class, following a warning (if applicable).

Additionally, students must follow the Code of Conduct and class rules, which include treating materials and equipment with care and not leaving the classroom without permission.
8. Punctuality
Students are expected to arrive on time and be picked up promptly. Parents or guardians must escort children to and from the school.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and store personal information as per our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared outside of ANIMALOZ without your consent, except where required by law. We comply with relevant data protection laws to ensure your information is secure.

For online workshops, we may collect additional data (e.g. IP address, device metadata, attendance logs, chat transcripts, and video/audio if recorded). These uses are defined in our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability & Safety Disclaimer
ANIMALOZ takes all reasonable steps to ensure student safety during classes (physical and virtual). However, participation is at the student’s own risk, and we are not liable for any accidental injuries, except where required by law.

For online workshops, we are not responsible for participant-side technical failures (internet, device malfunctions). We may reschedule or provide alternate access in case of disruptions from our side.
11. Photo & Video Consent
We may take photographs or videos of in-person classes for promotional or documentation purposes. If you prefer your child not to be included, notify us in writing during enrolment.

For online workshops, some sessions may be recorded. We will inform participants in advance when a session is to be recorded.

Recordings remain the property of ANIMALOZ. Access is limited to enrolled participants (and, in the case of minors, their parent/guardian).

Participants (or their guardians) may request deletion or restriction of use of recordings within a reasonable timeframe. Redistribution, public sharing, or reproduction of recordings by participants is strictly prohibited without written consent.
12. Online Workshops — Additional Terms
Technical Requirements & Access: Participants must provide their own reliable internet connection, compatible device (computer, tablet, etc.), and requisite software (e.g. Zoom). Login credentials are personal and must not be shared.

Behaviour in Online Sessions: Participants must act respectfully in chat, audio, and video. Disruptive behaviour, inappropriate content, or unsafe behaviour may lead to removal from the virtual session without refund. Screen sharing, recording, or capturing screenshots is prohibited unless expressly allowed by ANIMALOZ.

Session Interruptions: We strive for uninterrupted delivery, but occasional technical issues may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to fix or reschedule. If a session is interrupted from our side, we will attempt to make up the time or provide alternative access.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued enrolment or participation indicates your acceptance of any changes. Major changes affecting rights (like refunds, recordings, or class delivery) will be communicated in advance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

By completing the enrolment process and providing electronic consent, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
